Multi-phase conversion of existing buildings into 144 student accommodation beds at Copley Street, Cork.

• Phase 1 – conversion of an existing commercial unit into 2 new 5-bedroom, en-suite apartments with communal kitchens to each, dining spaces, ancillary laundry and a gym
• Phase 2 – construction and turnkey fitout of 34 new apartments containing 134 additional bedrooms, 4 of which are disabled accessible apartments. Apartments consisted of 2, 3, 4 & 5 beds with communal kitchens to each apartment.
• New ground floor communal space including, chill out / relaxation areas, seating pods, seating booths, study areas, canteen area, gaming area, coffee dock and tutorial zone
• Replacement of the entire façade
• The adjacent student accommodation blocks remained operational throughout the construction period
