St. Mary’s Private Nursing Home

This project involved the complete conversion and refurbishment of an existing 100-year-old derelict convent building into a new nursing home and care centre.

• New roof structure and covering using natural slate, salvaged from original roof
• Windows refurbished or replaced as required to match existing
• Internal alterations incorporating lift blocks, fire rated partitions and doors, floor, wall and ceiling finishes
• New M&E installation to nursing home standards
• Demolition of adjoining structures and construction of new two-storey Oratory building
• All associated site works
