McKee Barracks

Refurbishment and faithful restoration of Grade 2 listed 1888 building and façade. The works included significant structural modifications at ground floor level, as well as associated strip out work.

• Internal restoration and refurbishment of Blocks A, B, C and D for administration offices, accommodation and logistics facilities
• Internal structural alterations for lifts and stairs
• Restoration of façade including flashings, pointing and feature corbel brickwork repairs and cleaning
• Work completed in live campus and undertaken in phases
