Construction of two new stand-alone buildings with a link corridor to existing buildings on the live Wyeth campus.

• Construction of two new stand-alone buildings with a link corridor to existing buildings on the live Wyeth campus
• New R&D production plant building, 3 storeys in height with a floor area of 1,840m² incorporating a new R&D production plant
• Full pilot-scale manufacturing line to facilitate development and testing of new products from initial concept through to finished product
• New admin office building, 2 storeys in height, with a floor area of 1,265m² providing office, coffee docks, kitchens and meeting space
• Full Cat A & B fitout throughout
• The buildings are clad with a complex glazed curtain walling system with a bries solie system
• External works included pavements and access roads with hard and soft landscaping
• The project was designed, co-ordinated, planned and installed using BIM level 2.
