Multistorey Carpark & Infrastructural Works

• Design and build contract
• 4 storey multistorey carpark on the operational Regeneron Pharmaceutical campus
• 800 car park spaces
• Efficient precast design
• Using precast enabled the construction of the substantial structure to take place off site whilst significant earthworks / substructure were ongoing on-site
• Designed with structural capacity for further floors if required in the future

Process Science Building

• Substructure, groundworks, superstructure RC works and fitout to a new Admin Lab Building within the live Regeneron Pharmaceutical campus
• Building finishes contract for the new Admin Lab Building
