• CSA fitout contractor for a 17,700 m² medical device production facility at National Technology Park. Plassey, Limerick
• The facility incorporates cleanroom production suites, laboratory spaces, along extensive administration areas, staff restaurant and welfare facilities
• 2,500 m² of ISO7 cleanroom.
• 242 doors consisting of rapid rise doors, steel doors, timber doors, swing gates, hermetically sealed sliding doors into the clean room
• 15,000 m² of production areas floor slabs (mainly FM2)
• Bespoke high-end fitout of 11m high atrium in main reception with of with full height oak veneered joinery panels
• Enabling works contractor
