This project comprised of the conservation, restoration and refurbishment of the Albert Quay House which is a protected structure on Albert Quay, Cork.
















- Temporary removal of protected boundary wall and reconstruction to original
- Existing windows restored where possible
- Metal railings removed, restored, painted and re-installed as original
- Existing limestone façade cleaned, treated, repaired and fully repointed
- Original roof repaired and restored
- Winner 2006 Best New Development award – Cork City Centre Better Building Awards
