This project comprised of the conservation, restoration and refurbishment of the Albert Quay House which is a protected structure on Albert Quay, Cork.

  • Temporary removal of protected boundary wall and reconstruction to original
  • Existing windows restored where possible
  • Metal railings removed, restored, painted and re-installed as original
  • Existing limestone façade cleaned, treated, repaired and fully repointed
  • Original roof repaired and restored
  • Winner 2006 Best New Development award – Cork City Centre Better Building Awards
