Extensive data centre site works on 28 acres, including bulk earthworks for a 16,000m² Data Hall and Electrical building circa 60,000m³. Also including car parking, a new site access road, internal roadways, sprinkler tank, pump house, water and fuel tanks.

• External and Internal Utilities installation works including 65,000m high spec fibre optic ducting and large chambers with sealed penetrations using puddle flange and Roxtec adjustable plug
• HV/MV/LV electrical works including large access chambers with full access removable beam access covers
• CCTV/ELV/Fire Main/Water Main/PL & ESB Utility installations
• 5,000m Drainage including up to 750mm diameter pipes with attenuation pond
