  • Third party consultations – SB School, Veolia (Rail), DCC, DLRCC, local residents
  • Reinforced concrete underpass structure and 2 km boundary retailing wall
  • Phased pedestrian management adjacent to rail station and school
  • Extensive earthworks including deep cuttings in a brown field environment
  • Asbestos removal, soft ground treatment to formation
  • Carrier drainage over 1 km including utilities and public lighting
