Design and Build contract for a major Retail Distribution Centre comprising of refrigerated and dry warehousing with high specification office space along with extensive siteworks on a 40 acre site.

• Enabling, site clearance over a site area of 158,000 m2
• Substantial cut to fill earthworks across the site (125,000 m3 earth moved) (53,000 m3 lime / cement stabilized)
• Site access, circulation roads (1.0 km)
• Storm, foul water drainage (6,500 m) including attenuation ponds (3 no. over 5,500 m2)
• Paved goods in and out yards including car parks (48,000 m2)
• Utilities (1,600 m watermain, 19,000 m electrical / comms, 500 m gas main), fencing, hard and soft landscaping
