DAA Apron 5H Enabling Works
Spoil heap removal, construction of new asphalt pavement and associated works connecting the North Apron to the south of the reservoir compound as well as works to facilitate a temporary diversion of the “APC Taxiway”.








- Site clearance and enabling works in order to prepare the area for developing Apron 5H stands and the associated infrastructure
- The Apron 5H development is located in the northern part of Dublin Airport, south-east of the future North Runway (NR) and future Parallel Taxiway
- 72,000m3 of Spoil Heap Removal including material waste classification testing
- Construction of 4,700m2 access road, including asphalt pavement, associated bulk earthworks, pavement markings, drainage, ducting and associated street lighting
- 2,100m2 of asphalt Taxiway construction including associated earthworks, pavement markings, drainage, ducting, service protection and the installation of AGL lighting
- All works undertaken within a live airport environment
