Stoke on Trent Enson Works

Stoke on Trent City Council in partnership with Stoke on Trent College, awarded John Paul Construction with Contract 3 of the Centre of Refurbishment Excellence (CoRE) project, for the Grade 2 listed refurbishment and structural repairs of the disused Enson Works pottery site together with 4No.kiln chimney stacks. This 1500m2 project will provide additional facilities as part of a national centre for the advancement of sustainable refurbishment, an authoritative training and research facility for innovation in retrofitting technologies. This complex restoration project commenced in December 2011 and is due for completion in June 2012.

St. James's Hospital Haemophilia,Hepatology In-Patient & Clinical Research Facility

St James Hospital awarded John Paul Construction the contract to build the new 3,600m2 Clinical Research and In-patient accommodation block for specialist Haemophilia and Hepatology research and treatment. This 3 storey building will comprise of in-patient and isolation accommodation, high specification laboratories and administration areas. The project which is being undertaken on the very confined live St James’s Hospital campus, commenced in December 2011 and is due for completion in December 2012.

80 Hammersmith Office Fitout completed.

This high quality office fitout project at 80 Hammersmith Road in London, was successfully completed and handed over to a satisfied Client on the 28th November 2011. This 5 storey 4,500m2 Category A fitout also included full upgrade to M&E services and the decoration and fittings to the core toilet and lobby areas and ground floor reception area. This project was delivered to meet the 16 week contract on a confined site with difficult accessibility.
