SOBO District Public Realm Works

On behalf of our Client Hibernia REIT PLC we are constructing a new commercial and business hub on the South Quays – SOBO District incorporating 1 Windmill Lane (1WML), 1-6 Sir John Rogerson’s Quay (1SJRQ) and the SOBO District Public Realm Works.

The public realm works will see all perimeter roads and footpaths in the area re-paved. There will be a mixture of both new and old cobble setts some of which will be salvaged from the existing old Windmill Lane and re-used.
