The Shelbourne Hotel

We have been appointed for phase 1 and 2 of the 5 star luxury refurbishment of this historic 1842 Victorian building for Kennedy Wilson, comprising 37 suites and park view rooms together with the adjacent public corridors.

Phase 2 of the project includes refurbishment of the grand stair case, the remaining corridors in the building, lounge areas and adjoining external spaces. The hotel is remaining fully operational throughout the course of these works.
