Global pharmaceutical giant Regeneron have appointed us to construct two projects on their site in Limerick, which is the largest-scale bulk biologics production facility in Ireland.

The first is for the design, build and commissioning of a multi-storey car-park catering for 800 cars over 4 floors. The car-park will feature electric car-charging points, CCTV, space monitoring and provision for car-washing facilities. The rooftop will accommodate enough photovoltaic panels to offset the usage of electricity of the carpark thereby contributing to the sustainability of the development.

The second contract is an infrastructure works for the new Process Science Building on the campus.
