Vanwall Business Park, Maidenhead

John Paul Construction were appointed as design and build contractors by Mercer Real Estate Partners to extend, refurbish and fitout an existing commercial building in Vanwall Business Park, Maidenhead.

The £5.5 million project involved the removal of the existing roof and construction of a new additional floor at second floor level, replacement of the existing facade and roof and a full CAT A fit-out including all M&E and ICT and finishes to landlord area, lift, lobby, reception and core toilet blocks.

The project was completed within the constraints of a busy business park and a fixed budget which was achieved through close collaboration with the Client, Design Team and other stakeholders.
